Giddy

I'm like a kid in a candy shop when I go to the Vista Dahlia Farm.  I recently just learned that we are able to go choose our own flowers.  Why didn't I know this before?  Soren and Olivia helped me choose flowers this time.  It was fun just to walk up and down the rows of flowers and see all the different  kinds and colors of dahlia's.
Soren took the camera for a while and snapped away.

I handed the clippers over to Soren and he went and found the ones he liked best.  I fell in love with the orange ones.

Such a treat for me to be able to take my kids here!

Anna's Birthday Dinner.

Happy Birthday to my Baby Girl Anna.  She turned 17!  One of these days we hope that she will learn how to walk right without tripping on air.  She has many more years to practice the whole walking skill.
She had a few of her close friends over for dinner and a bon-fire.  Lea and Mariah were absent and it was so quiet!  Missed the girls.

Troy and I were looking through these pictures and realized how classy it was that we have a Logan's old BMW car hood propped up in our yard for target practice.  OH MY GOSH THAT IS SO CUTER FOLK.

My girls are really fortunate to have some amazing, kind, hilarious, good kids as their friends.  I know I keep saying it, and people probably get tired of hearing it, but it's so true when I say I have the greatest kids.

Their laughter in nonstop and contagious.  One of the best things in life is seeing your child smile!
The picture below is of Anna and Olivia trying to touch their tongue to their nose.  Yes, Anna can do it!  Poor Zach is going, what else?

The hamburger cake was so appropriate for Anna.  She's the big meat eater in the family and loves a big ol' hamburger.  On a side note, the other day Anna and I stopped of at McDonald's for Big Macs.  I took both beef patties off mine and Anna devoured hers.  Yuck!
Then there is the HUGE fact that Anna loves her food.  I don't buy corn dogs anymore because of Soren's food allergies.  The other day she was craving them so I bought Morning Star meat free corn dogs.  I thought she was going to do me bodily harm.  I did end up getting her some real-meat corn dogs and she almost wept for joy.
I'm excited to see where the future takes her.  She has so many amazing talents.  (Anna, burping is not an amazing talent.  I repeat, not an amazing talent.)  Happy Birthday!.

After I down load my phone pics to the computer, I will post on Logan's b-day.  He's never around long enough for me to snap a quick pic as he's running out the door.  I just see remnants of things giving me proof he's been around.  Food wrappers by the TV,  Wet towels on the bathroom floor.  His contact case on the sink still full of solution.

Graffiti part 2

If only everyone could just listen to what is going on with these kids.
Anna just burped.  Shocking, I know.
Alex's laughter needs to be bottled.
Emily is just a little bit scared by everyone.  JK.

So I told everyone to do bunny ears.  Anna is so funny in the next pics because nobody was doing bunny ears on her.  She was so sad!

I heard the song I'm so Fancy going through my head as I watched them walk down the sidewalk.

Thanks kids for putting up with the crazy lady!  It was quite an adventure.  Watching a drunk do a sobriety test in front of you all all that fun stuff!

Graffiti part 1

I drove by this ally the other day and knew that Leah and I needed to do pics here.  Love all the bright colors. So what if it was a little bit sketchy.  So what that we were a witness to a drunk driver hitting a building.  So what if I had to give a statement to the police.
It was sooo much fun.  These kids here are amazing.  Smart, funny, beautiful and they value their friendships.
The first picture of Anna and Ella was hysterical from the first.  Anna just doesn't like the fact that her "little" sister is taller than her!

I did a lot of yelling at certain kids(ZACH) who wouldn't play along.
He got right into the spirit when I threatened him.  I was telling the kids to be thug.  OMG, I was dying.  Alex just didn't know how to bring his inner thug out.

It's just fun to let them do their own thing and watch how different everyone reacts.
Um, you will notice who's the most dramatic.

I told everyone to do jazz hands.  Poor Zach was determined not to do jazz hands.
Alex, you knocked them out of the park.  Anna, only one hand is working dear.  Miranda is a natural.  It's the dancer in her.
See how good Zach looks doing jazz hands.  Now wasn't that fun?
Now he is silently swearing at me.

This is what I love to watch.  These two.
Not a good pic below but I thought it was cool how Anna's head looks with the graffiti.
Miranda is a very talented dancer.  She has the most graceful way she moves.  Even walking or sitting down.  Even if she's being silly, it's still graceful.

 It's our @littlemissfreespirit at work
Minutes later a drunk driver bashed into that wall.
